1. Scope
This policy governs your statutory and contractual rights to cancel, return, and obtain refunds on goods purchased from Rises Point LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether through our website or by other means.
2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
- Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you receive the goods.
- To cancel, notify us by email to ceo@risespoint.com within that period.
Effects of Cancellation
- We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation and, provided the goods are returned in accordance with section 3, issue a full refund of all payments received (including standard delivery costs).
- We may withhold refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return.
3. Returns Eligibility & Process
Eligibility
- Goods must be unused, in original packaging (including all labels, tags, manuals), and in a resalable condition.
- You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation notice.
Return Procedure
- Email info@risespoint.com with your order number, cancellation notice, and reason for return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack goods securely and ship to the address we provide. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are:
- Faulty, damaged, or do not match the description.
- Reported to us within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty Goods Process
- Email us at info@risespoint.com within 30 days with photos and description of the fault.
- We will arrange a free return shipment and, upon inspection, offer repair, replacement, or full refund.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or evidence of their return).
- You will receive confirmation when your refund is issued.
- In the case of a partial return, only the price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
6. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or misdescribed:
- Perishable goods (e.g., certain cosmetics, fragrances once opened).
- Custom-made or engraved products.
- Sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery.
7. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
